INVESTOR SUPERVISION
In the area of investor's supervision, AN-POL covers multi-disciplinary control over the investment implementation.
The purpose of investor's supervision is to ensure the execution of construction works in accordance with the design documentation of the facility, applicable standards and legal regulations.
We offer professional investor supervision, which we provide in the field of investment process management. In accordance with the law, investor's supervision may be established by the investor or, if the design is required to be complicated, it is mandatory (Article 17 of the Building Law of July 7, 1994, as amended). Competent supervision of the investment allows the investor to secure his interests in connection with the implemented project.
In AN-POL Sp. z o.o. we provide our clients with full support in conducting investor's supervision.
We offer investment supervision over construction in the construction and construction specialty or comprehensively supervision of all industries (including construction and construction, sanitary, electrical) together with the coordination of the activities of all construction supervision inspectors at the construction site.
We provide services such as:
- representation of the investor by exercising control over the compliance of works with the project, regulations and technical knowledge
- conducting quality control and progress of design works
- analysis of conceptual, construction and executive designs
- conducting quality control of the works performed
- confirmation of actually carried out works
We start our investment supervision services before the construction starts, we participate in all stages of its progress and finalize with the final acceptance of the facility and its transfer for use.
