BUILDING INSPECTIONS
The AN-POL company offers a comprehensive inspection of the technical condition of buildings and structures in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Law (Journal of Laws 1994 No. 89 item 414, Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law). We carry out technical inspections mainly of multi-family, office buildings, public utility objects as well as industrial and warehouse halls.
The owner or property manager is required to carry out the following checks:
Semi-annual review- once every six months (buildings with an area of over 2000 m2 or other construction objects with a roof area exceeding 1000 m2),on dates until May 31 and November 30.
Annual review –it is a control carried out at least once a year (calendar), consisting in checking the technical condition:
a) elements of the building, structures and installations exposed to harmful atmospheric influences and destructive factors acting during the use of the object,
b) installations and devices for environmental protection,
c) gas installations and flues (smoke, exhaust and ventilation)

Review of gas installations and flues (smoke, exhaust and ventilation).

Control of all installations and devices used to protect the environment.

A comprehensive technical review of the elements of the building and installations exposed to harmful atmospheric influences and destroying the factors occurring during the use of the object.
After the annual construction review, we prepare a report on the building review.
5 year review –it is a control carried out at least once every 5 years, including the scope of annual audit activities and:

Building control in terms of usability, as well as the aesthetics of the facility and its surroundings,,
-
Testing of electrical and lightning protection systems in terms of the efficiency of connections as well as accessories, protection devices and protection measures against electric shocks, resistance of wire insulation and grounding of installations and apparatus.
After a five-year construction review, we prepare a report on the building inspection.
The report on the periodic inspection of the building includes:

assessment of the technical condition of the building and elements of the construction object,
-

the scope and degree of urgency of repair works,

methods and tools for further correct use of the building,
-
unfinished renovation works, recommended for implementation in the protocols on previous inspections.

certificates of qualifications entitling to deal with the operation of equipment, installations and networks at the supervision and operation
-
installation - the title of the chimney master.
