During technical acceptance, we guarantee you check the correctness of the implementation of such elements as:
=>Verification of the contractual records with the actual state of the real estate;
=> The size of the rooms as well as all structural openings (doors, windows), checking the correctness of their execution and embedding;
=> Distribution control and dimensions of individual structural parts (walls);
=> Correct placement of all electrical components (light points / switches / electrical sockets);
=> Correctness of finishing the surface of walls and ceilings in accordance with the contractual provisions (plaster / painting / angles);
=> The correctness of flooring performance in terms of its quality and equality;
=> Checking the quality and standard of the balcony and façade, including all elements;
=> Moisture meter measurement and evaluation of walls and floors in terms of moisture;
=> Checking the correctness of the implementation of the elements accompanying the flat in the form of a storage unit / parking space;
=> Description of faults in the acceptance report;
We provide advice on how to enforce and ensure the removal of defects by the developer.
The cost of technical acceptance of an apartment depends on the area of the flat / flat / house and it is related to the time which should be spent on a professional indication of defects that occur in the rooms. The price increases slightly when the reception of the premises is finished (turnkey), or when the flat, premises or house is outside of Warsaw.
